Welcome to Truzen Diagnostics. By accessing our website or booking home sample collection services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Home Sample Collection Services

• Home collection slots are allocated based on phlebotomist availability in your area.
• Patients are advised to strictly follow pre-test requirements (e.g., 10–12 hours overnight fasting for full body checkups) as guided by our team.
• Truzen Diagnostics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a visit due to unforeseen circumstances, bad weather, or emergencies.

2. Test Reports & Delivery Timeline

• Digital test reports will be delivered via WhatsApp within 12 to 24 hours of sample collection for most standard packages.
• Specialized tests may require additional processing time as per accredited laboratory standards.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All package prices listed on the website are inclusive of sample collection and digital report delivery.
• Payments can be made via UPI, cash, or online transfer upon sample collection or booking confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but bookings already confirmed will honor the price agreed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is permitted at least 2 hours before the scheduled home visit slot.
• Once the phlebotomist arrives at the doorstep or sample is collected, cancellations or refunds will not be applicable.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Diagnostic test reports provided by Truzen Diagnostics are intended solely for informational purposes to assist medical professionals. Reports must be reviewed and interpreted by a qualified doctor or physician for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
